Ryan Seacrest Working To Eat Well And Drink Wine


If there were awards for people who do so much at the same time, then it would go to Ryan Seacrest. Ryan is just one man, but he has so much. He is the host of Live with Kelly and Ryan alongside that he is the host of a nationally syndicated radio show. The 43 years old is the executive producer of the exciting family reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashian and American Idol. He recently opened a cloth line and skin care line which he is in collaboration with a Hollywood dermatologist. He has a non-profit organization known as Ryan Seacrest Foundation.

Ryan Seacrest had to move from Los Angeles to New York City to host the show live with Kelly and Ryan. He wakes up at around 6 o’clock every money and begins his morning routine which entails of taking a shower, shaving and moistening his skin. Due to the move he is not entirely used to the weather in New York; hence he checks the forecast every morning.

Most of the times he wears sweat pants, a t-shirt and a zip up hoodie. He takes his tea which is followed by coffee. Ryan states that in his 20’s and 30’s it was hard for him to admit to people that he worked during business hours. In the current time, he says he has learned to balance his schedule with his work out plan.

Ryan Seacrest is so dedicated that sometimes when he had a show at the Bahamas, he took a trainer with him to ensure he keeps up with his routine.

Before going to work, he watches a bit of television to try and keep up with what is happening in the world. He does some reading in the car while headed to work.
