Aurora Gaming showed a promising early game momentum, but Myanmar’s Falcon Esports fought tooth and nail.
Jan Dominic "Domeng" Delmundo, as Moskov, executed an impressive Spear of Destruction ultimate to secure the lord objective against Falcon Esports during the 9-minute contention.
But Falcon Esports later on turned the tides in their favor, tearing down Aurora’s inhibitor turrets one by one, delivering the final blow during the 16-minute base siege.
Jonard Cedric "Demonkite" Caranto opened up about being caught off guard against Falcon Esports.
"I think we're just a little bit overwhelmed by their strategies and tactics in [the] game. I think they just really prepared well against us," Demonkite said.

Meanwhile, head coach Aniel "Master The Basics" Jiandani looked at the silver lining of the upset, determined to bounce back from a minor setback.
"I think we’ll just do what we do best. The tournament is not over yet. We know we can bounce back from this loss. Hopefully, we’ll keep in mind that this tournament won’t be easy if we want to win it," Master the Basics said.
The M6 Swiss Stage could bring unforeseen surprises, and Master the Basics leaves no room for excuses.
"We really have to expect the unexpected things that can happen," Master the Basics expressed.
