Creamline finally defeated F2 Logistics, 26-24, 25-18, 22-25, 25-15, on Saturday, March 18 at the PhilSports Arena to move on cusp of a fifth straight Premier Volleyball League (PVL) All-Filipino Conference Finals appearance.

Michele Gumabao poured 20 points on 19 attacks and one block to lead the way for the Cool Smashers in Game One of the best-of-three semifinals series, as the defending champs finally defeated the Cargo Movers for the first time in their three matches.

Unable to sweep F2 in the third set, Creamline got off to a strong start in the fourth as it raced to an 8-1 to take control.

The Cool Smashers then doused every uprising that the Cargo Movers were unleashing, with Michele Gumabao and Tots Carlos providing the offense that kept F2 at bay.
