SCHEDULE: UAAP SEASON 87 VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT FINAL

The UAAP volleyball finals cast is complete, with La Salle and National University set for a women’s title rematch, while the NU Bulldogs secured the last Finals berth in the men’s division.
La Salle and NU booked their places in the women’s championship round after making the most of their twice-to-beat advantages in the Final Four. The Lady Spikers swept UST, while the Lady Bulldogs turned back FEU to set up another clash for the crown.
In the men’s bracket, FEU Tamaraws had locked in its Finals appearance last week. NU Bulldogs then joined the Tamaraws after surviving a knockout game against UST Golden Spikers, bouncing back from a semifinal loss to keep its title hopes alive.
Game 1 of both the men’s and women’s UAAP volleyball best-of-three finals series is scheduled to begin on May 11, Sunday.
