MPBL: SHERWIN CONCEPCION, EX-PBA 3X3 PLAYERS SIGN WITH ABRA

SHERWIN Concepcion, Alfred Batino, and Joseph Sedurifa have signed with the Abra Weavers after their PBA stints.

The three linked up with the Weavers during the MPBL’s transfer window that will last until June 30.

Concepcion signed with Abra following his stint with Rain or Shine in the PBA. Drafted in the third round, the former University of Santo Tomas player only saw action in four games for the Elasto Painters.

Batino and Sedurifa, on the other hand, played for Meralco in the PBA 3x3 last February before the league was suspended.

Sedurifa was also a member of the Gilas Pilipinas 3x3 Men team that captured the silver medal in the Southeast Asian Games in Cambodia last year.

Abra continued to retool after acquiring Mark Yee upon his release from the Paranaque Patriots. It is currently on a four-game win run to rise to 7-5 in the standings.
