TRAVIS KELCE'S FAMILY MADE IT CLEAR WHERE THEY STAND POLITICALLY
Travis Kelce hasn't done much speaking out when it comes to political issues, though many of his family members have made it clear where they stand politically.
Both Jason Kelce and his wife, Kylie Kelce, have spoken out in support of left-leaning issues, especially following the controversy with Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker.
Jason Kelce took a not-so-subtle shot at Butker's speech in a joke on social media. His wife, meanwhile, was not happy, too.
"My wife she was a little frustrated with some of the comments initially," Jason Kelce said.
Harrison Butker's comments went viral on social media.
“I think it is you, the women, who have had the most diabolic lies told to you,” Butker said. “Some of you may go on to lead successful careers in the world, but I would venture to guess that the majority of you are most excited about your marriage and the children you will bring into this world. I can tell you that my beautiful wife Isabelle would be the first to say her life truly started when she started living her vocation as a wife and as a mother.”
Travis Kelce, meanwhile, has done several things to indicate that he's left leaning, too:
- He did a commercial for the vaccine
- He's done endorsements for Bud Light
- He appeared in socially progressive sketches on Saturday Night Live
- And back in 2017, he was one of the first white players to kneel for the national anthem
Taylor Swift, meanwhile, has spoken out in support of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, too, so the Kelce's feelings should come as little surprise.
