Bayern Munich star Joshua Kimmich has reportedly shortlisted three Premier League as possible destinations as he continues to stall on a new contract.

The 29-year-old is under contract until the end of the next season but doubts remain over his long-term future with the Bavarian club.

Talks over an extension are yet to take place and as it stands it's 'very unlikely' Kimmich will sign a new deal, according to Sky Germany.

The report states that Bayern are open to selling Kimmich, who is currently away on Euro 2024 duty with Germany, this summer as they can get a fee for him.

The player has come to terms with the possibility of leaving Bayern and would have no problem with entering the final year of his deal without extending.

Kimmich is currently without an agent and though he's getting support and advice, interested clubs will have to directly contact him.

Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool are on the list of clubs Kimmich will consider joining alongside Barcelona and Real Madrid.

‘The situation is absolutely clear,' Kimmich said last week after being questioned on his future.

‘I have a contract with Bayern until 2025, so it’s not mainly up to me to be active right now.

‘My focus is solely on the European Championship, and after that there will be a conversation.’

Speaking about the appointment of Vincent Kompany as Bayern's new manager, Kimmich added: 'Of course I know him from a distance as a player. I can’t judge him as a coach yet.

‘Of course, it’s important for my future, but first of all it’s important for me what the club thinks. It’s nice that we have one less thing to worry about.’

Kimmich joined Bayern from RB Leipzig for £7.1million in 2015 and has since gone on to make 390 appearances, scoring 42 goals and providing 104 assists.

He has also helped the club to eight Bundesliga titles in that time as well as the Champions League and a number of other honours.
