Liverpool value midfielder Tyler Morton at £20million amid interest from Red Bull Leipzig and Premier League clubs.

The 21-year old, a product of Liverpool's academy, has impressed on successive loans with Championship sides Blackburn Rovers and Hull City and, while he would like to continue his career in the top flight at Anfield, midfield competition is fierce.

A number of sides have been alerted to his situation and Leipzig are the leading the way at the moment having made initial enquiries.

However, Premier League sides are also checking on Morton's situation with Bournemouth, Southampton and Ipswich Town among those to be monitoring developments.

Morton, an England U21 international, has made nine appearances for Liverpool since his debut in 2021.

The Reds are also said to be interested in signing two players from Real Madrid this summer.

The club officially unveiled Arne Slot as their new manager earlier this week and the Dutchman revealed he has been working with staff behind the scenes to try and help improve the club.

That includes recruitment, with the Reds keen to improve on last season's third place finish after dropping out of the title race in the back end of the season.

It's likely that they will do business, with two recent Champions League winners reportedly on the shopping list of Slot as he looks to bolster his squad ahead of his first campaign in charge.

According to Estadio Deportivo, Liverpool are interested in signing both Rodrygo and Arda Guler this summer, though it remains unclear whether Madrid would be willing to part ways with either man.
